What Makes Our Classes Special?
Our structured program caters to all ages, from kids as young as 5 to adults, ensuring every participant gets the most out of their session. Each 30-minute (kids/teens) or 45-minute (adults) class includes:
- A fun and engaging warm-up
- Boxing techniques for safety and skill-building
- Cardio exercises and interactive games (for kids and teens) or HIIT and strength exercises (for adults)
