Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are only available if the products are delivered incorrectly or damaged. Punch Perfect reserves the right to refuse returns, reshipments, and refunds if the necessary arrangements are not made in line with our policy.
Order Modifications
If you need to make any changes to a confirmed order, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order is placed. To ensure your request is processed in time, please contact us as soon as possible at info@punchperfect.co.za.
Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that an incorrect product is delivered, please contact us at info@punchperfect.co.za within 48 hours of receiving the order. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with your order number or confirmation email, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged Orders
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Send an email to info@punchperfect.co.za with photos of the damaged item(s) and a screenshot of your order number/confirmation email. This will help us resolve the matter quickly.
Return Shipping
In the case of incorrect or damaged orders, we will arrange return shipping at no cost to you. For all other returns or exchanges, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used boxing gloves, mouthguards, or other personal items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
